ASSEMBLING GUIDE

-electric system: remote controls (push-botton panel) + fixing plate
battery and battery support
battery charger
cables
-water cooling system: radiator and supports , tubes and clamps
-fuel system: fuel pump , fuel pipe , carburettor , air filter
-exhaust system: exhaust , silencer , silencer-muffler bent pipe , exhaust springs

ENGINE FIXING

-From the box you take out: the engine
the spacers
the coil
-Assemble the spacers and the coil on the engine, fixing the cable with a clamp. .
-Assemble the engine mount keeping the engine in a horizontal position . Put oil in the engine. Position the engine on the chassis and define the exact alignment between the sprocket and the front sprocket, using a rod . Then, apply the chain and position the engine so that the chain remain tight . At this point the engine can be fixed onto the chassis with the brackets .

ELECTRIC SYSTEM ASSEMBLING

-From the box you Take out: the kit for the ignition
the battery and its support

-Fix to the engine the cable that brings current to the ignition engine , then assemble the spark cap to the cable that comes from the coil . At this point insert the spark plug and fix the spark cap on it .
-In order to assemble the push-button panel to the steering wheel, it's necessary to pass it into the central spoke with a movement bottom-up and then to fix it with the proper fixing plate. Turn the steering wheel on the left, pass the wire on the right side of the kart, as the picture shows , and then fix it with some clamps to the seat previously drilled. .
-The battery support must be fixed behind the sit in this order:
lay the battery support, in a horizontal and central position as regards to the central curve of the seat, signing the position of a hole of its with a marking pen . Only after executing the hole and fixing the support, you go on signing the position of the other 4 holes . Then execute the holes in order to fix definitely the support to the seat. The hole on the extreme right will be of use to assemble the relay on it, too . At this point insert the battery into the support and fix it with its OR
-Fasten the light-blue cable, that is supplied with a connecting terminal and that comes from the push-button panel, to the relay ; insert the other light-blue cable into the red cable coming from the coil . Fasten the black cable of the ground, coming from the battery, to the engine and fix it as you see in the picture ; fix the red cable coming from the relay to the positive pole of the coil. At this point link the cable of the ignition engine to the relay .

COOLING SYSTEM ASSEMBLING

From the box you take out: kit radiator , kit tubes and clamps :

-Assemble the rubbers on the radiator and insert the dowels into it ; then position the support supplied with spacers and fix it with the screw . At this point fix the second support to that one previously assembled on the radiator .
-In order to assemble the radiator to the chassis, it's necessary to disassemble the screw as the picture shows and fix the shorter support on it, while the longer one must be fixed to the proper attachment on the chassis .
-Now you go on assembling the tubes from the radiator to the engine. The first tube that must be assembled is the upper one , from the radiator to the engine ; and the second is the lower one, from the draft of the engine to the exit of water from the radiator. You'll notice that the second tube can't reach the exit of water from the radiator. Then position the 2 lower tubes so that you can make a cut in the point of contact, as you see in the picture , but remember fixing them to the chassis with some clamps before that operation. Subsequently a union pipe, fixed with 2 metallic clamps, will be used to link the 2 tubes.

FUEL SYSTEM ASSEMBLING

- From the box you take out:
kit exhaust and silencer
kit filter
kit carburettor
-Before assembling the fuel system, you must link the fuel pipe, coming from the tank, to the hole with the notice IN of the fuel pump . Then assemble the carburettor and link the pipe, coming out from the carburettor, to the fuel pump, precisely to the hole OUT . At this point insert the protection rubber into the accelerator wire ; the metal ring of the carburettor and the spring . Overcome the load of the spring so that you can hold the accelerator wire and insert the throttle valve into it . When the whole part is assembled , put it into the carburettor , screw the metal ring and lower the protection cap . Then fix the accelerator wire to the chassis with some insulating tape .
-Take the filter of the carburettor and insert the induction openings into it, as the picture shows , coat them with the protection plastic gauze and insert the gum manifold inclined as in the picture . Now assemble the filter on the carburettor and fix it to the chassis with the proper filter support .

EXHAUST SYSTEM ASSEMBLING

-From the box you take out: kit exhaust and silencer .

-Fix the exhaust to the engine with the springs and link the silencer to the exhaust through the silencer-muffler bent pipe . Finally fix the silencer to the chassis with the springs .
